Your Store Page is the public profile for your organization at topdeck.gg/<your-url>. It is the one link worth printing: events come and go, this stays.
Open the organizer workspace and select Store Page under Community.
Branding
Two images:
- Cover image at 1600×600
- Logo at 512×512
Up to 5 MB each. Click or drag to upload, Replace to swap one out. Use Preview before saving: the logo sits over the cover, so a busy cover and a detailed logo fight each other in a way that only shows in the composed layout.
Public identity
Required:
- Organization name
- Custom URL
- Contact email
Custom URLs are lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. TopDeck.gg checks availability as you type and tells you whether a URL is Available, taken, or reserved.
Changing the custom URL changes your public link. Anything already pointing at the old one stops resolving: bookmarks, printed flyers, your website, campaign links. Choose it once, deliberately.
Location, contact, and description
Add a Description, venue Location (street, city, state, country), Phone number, and website. International phone format is preferred.
Keep the description about the organization: what you run, which nights, who it is for. Detailed schedules, prizes, and rules belong on each event page, where they can change without editing your profile.
Social links
Discord, Twitter/X, Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, and Patreon. Full https:// URLs; leave the rest blank.
Preview and save
The bottom bar reports Unsaved changes or All changes saved, with Preview, View page, and Save changes.
Preview renders the profile at desktop and phone widths. Save before previewing a brand-new page, because the preview reflects your last save.
Event listings
Events connected to your organization appear on the public page and in TopDeck.gg event discovery. Keeping each event's location, date, registration state, and publication current is what keeps that listing useful.
The Dashboard's Embed calendar action gives you an event calendar to paste into your own website. It updates as your events change, so you are not maintaining two schedules.
Common problems
The custom URL is unavailable
It is either taken by another profile or reserved by TopDeck.gg. Try something more specific, like the city or the store's full name rather than the game.
An image will not upload
Check the file type and the 5 MB limit. Images are also content-checked, and a rejected image needs replacing rather than retrying.
An event is missing from the page
Open the event and check three things: is it published, is its date correct, and is it connected to this organization.
