Event Information

Summer vacay's over, but that means it's time for Izzet Mage Fall, y'all! Come out and claim your very own Volcanic Island, perfect to keep you warm against the coming chill and remind you of the fun of summer! Entry is $35, payable via paypal or on-site before the tournament.

Decklists are required and must be uploaded to topdeck prior to the start of the player meeting at 11:45 am, 9-13-25.

Proxy Policy: All playtest cards must be in full color and use official Mtg art for the card it is representing (i.e. no handwritten slips of printer paper in front of a real card). No limit to the number of proxies allowed. Head Judge has final approval of all playtest cards.

Format

The tournament will be held as 4 Swiss rounds, followed by a top cut based on final attendance (top 4 cut if less than 32, top 10 cut if 33 to 63, top 16 if cap of 64 is met).

Each Swiss round will be 80 minutes, with a 20-minute extension for the active player to finish their turn when time is called. If there is no winner at the end of that extension, the game is considered a draw.

Prizing

1st Place: Revised Volcanic Island

2nd - 4th pick in standings order between the following 3 packages:

1. ZNR Ancient Tomb (nonfoil)
2. Borderless Polluted Delta, Scalding Tarn, and Bloodstained Mire (nonfoil)
3. Fierce Guardianship and Force of Negation (nonfoil)

If player cap of 64 players is reached, top cut semifinalists will receive $75 store credit.
