Tournament Structure:
4-6 rounds of Swiss (based on attendance), Cut to top 8, Cut to Top 4.
Round Length: 80 minutes No additional turns. When time is called, the current turn gets 20 extra minutes to conclude
Scoring System: Win = 5 Points Draw = 1 Point Bye = 5 Points (Win)
