Surviving the Badlands

We are at Badwolf adventure in Coon Rapids for our next CEDH Tournament! First place is taking home a badlands, the rest of top cut is taking home more cash then they came with! Doors will open at 10am for check-in and decklists will be required beforehand. Refunds will be available until 48hrs from the start of round 1. This event will be live streamed on Twitch @Northstarcedh. Entry will be $35 There will be 4 rounds of swiss.

Each round will be be 80 minutes in length.

After time in round is called active player will finish their turn and the game will end in a draw.

Wins are worth 5 points Draws are worth 1 point.

After swiss there will be a cut to top 16 based on points awarded during the swiss then a single elimination round will take place to determine top 4. (Top 16 cut always dependent on attendance).

This tournament will utilize the Competitive MTR/IPG Addendum created by Eminence and will be held to Comp REL standards.

This tournament will utilize Command Tower for the pairing software and determining turn order.

Proxies: Proxies must be indistinguishable from the other cards as parts of your library while sleeved. (Ideally you should not be able to tell by the sleeve openings or thickness which cards are proxies and which are not). There are 5 colors to the MTG color wheel plus colorless artifacts and lands as well as multi-colored cards. The Proxy prints you choose to use must reflect these differences in color. (IE no blue lightning bolts, or black and white multi-colored cards). All proxies must contain appropriate text, names, card types, mana cost, colors, power and toughness, loyalty, etc. It must be readily apparent what these proxies represent, so our boardstates are not misrepresented or lost to confusion. Proxies must be legible prints. Please no hand-written proxies in your decks. Everyone must be able to readily recognize the cards for what they represent and read the words on them.
