Decklists will lock at 10:55 AM just before Round 1 begins. You will have until then to revise/change decklists in the links they provide during registration.
80 minute timed rounds with 15 minute overtime, after the 15 minutes it will be an automatic draw. Top 16 and Top 4 is untimed with no games passing 4 hours for any reason.
Round 1 begins at 11 AM after opening announcements
Unlimited Proxy/No Handwritten
Proxies must be indistinguishable from an actual card when sleeved and facedown on the table.
