📝 REGISTRATION AND DECKLIST SUBMISSION

Once the ticket is purchased you’ll automatically receive a role in the ProxyPirates Discord.
Participation requires joining the Discord server since all matches will be played via voice channels, unless otherwise indicated by admins.
You will also receive a Google Form to submit your name and decklist.
- Completing this form is mandatory
- Decklists cannot be modified later
📖 LEAGUE INFORMATIONS
- Up to 18 players → 4 league rounds, 1–2 byes each round, top 4 advance to the final table.
- 19–36 players → 6 league rounds, cut to top 16 after round 4, top 4 advance to the final table.
- 📅 League Duration: October 1st – October 18th
- 🗓 Pairings and pods drawn on September 30th, 19:00 CEST
- ⏰ League rounds deadline: October 15
- 🏆 Top 4 played between October 16-18
Game Timings
- League: 80 minutes + 10 min overtime (ongoing turn only). Restarts allowed.
- Top 4: 120 minutes. Restarts allowed. After time → game ends in draw, higher swiss ranked player wins.
📡 SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION
- Pod agreements must be communicated in the official channel or to an admin.
- If players can’t agree, an admin will assign a time.
- If 3 players agree and 1 doesn’t, the majority choice prevails.
- Winners must report results via the official channel or to an admin.
- Judges availability is limited; not every game can be followed live.
Scoring System
- 🏆 Win → 5 points
- 🤝 Draw → 1 point
- ⏸ Bye → 5 points
⚖ TOURNAMENT RULING
Premise
We strive to maintain a competitive and professional environment with mutual respect as the foundation.
Fun and lightheartedness are welcome, but inappropriate behaviors may result in reports or disqualification.
Official Rulings
🎮 GENERAL GAMEPLAY RULES
- If any pod member doesn’t speak Italian → English becomes mandatory
- Players may concede only at sorcery speed
- Hand reveals must use SpellTable’s “lock” feature
- Praetor’s Grasp → resolved via private message, card stays hidden
- Decklists may not be consulted during matches
- Only players + judge/admin allowed in voice channel (spectators via YouTube stream)
Missed Triggers & Etiquette
- Detrimental triggers (e.g. Pact of Negation) must be reminded
- Non-detrimental triggers are optional
- Forgotten triggers → voted resolution
- No takebacks after priority is passed
- Slow play (>2 minutes inactivity) may be reported → warning
- 3 warnings = possible disqualification

🔒 ANTI-CHEATING MEASURES
- Full visibility of all game zones via camera
- All cards (except tokens) must show official MTG artwork (Alt-art only for Commanders)
- Webcam preferred; simulators allowed only with approval
- Hands must remain visible on screen; use dice/markers for hand size
- Disconnects/black screens → pod may assign penalties
- Floating mana must be clearly indicated by number + color
🔄 SHUFFLING PROCEDURES
- Each player is responsible for shuffling the deck of the player above/below (per SpellTable order)
- Shuffle sufficiently, then perform a Brazilian cut (3 piles recombined by another player)
