Tournament information:
Event will start on March 3rd at 5:00pm CET
Requirements You must join the Snap Judgments League (SJL) discord forum post for this event. You must register for an account on Topdeck.gg (our match making software). Matches will be played in 30 minute rounds; therefore; there will be a commitment to play for up to 2 hours.
Prize - Super sweet KotH server role and become eligible for a wild card spot in this season’s Championship Tournament + a Gold Pass
Pairings - Will be posted on Topdeck.gg. Winners from each round will advance and play against the winners from the previous rounds.
Deck Selection - You may change your deck from round to round and are not required to use the same deck throughout the tournament. Topdeck.gg has a deck submission feature that can be ignored for this event.
Rules: Participants will use the Snap Judgments League forum post for this event to coordinate their matches.
Round one will begin at 5:o0pm CET
Once pairings are posted, on Topdeck.gg, players will coordinate with each other and use the Friendly Battle mode to play games (how to in FAQ). These will be best of one conquest style matches.
Players will have 30 minutes to finish their match and record their results. Topdeck.gg has a self-reporting feature that will be utilized as our primary tracking source (how to in FAQ). It is HIGHLY encouraged that you take a screenshot of the game when it is over this will be the best way to verify results. Please contact league staff immediately if you have any disputed results.
This will be a single elimination event played over 4 rounds with 16 players.
If a player disconnects from Marvel Snap during a match the player who did not disconnect will be the victor. The disconnected player may request a rematch but please be advised that it is 100% up to the non-disconnected player. This is to avoid intentional disconnection before losing. In the case of a re-match consider conceding back to original cubes before disconnecting.
Players 10 minutes late to their match will be given a loss.
Cheating by trying to find loopholes in any of these rules may result in disqualification and possible ban from future leagues.
Unsportsmanlike conduct and unbecoming behavior throughout the event (including on the server or any other public or semi-public SJL and non-SJL associated space) may result in disqualification and possible ban from future leagues.
