Your Friday night. Your Commander deck. Your chance to make legendary plays!
Join us at TabletopME – Dubai Outlet Mall for Friday Night Commander, a fun-filled evening of casual Magic: The Gathering where big plays, unexpected twists, and unforgettable moments are all part of the experience!
Bring your favorite Bracket 3 Commander (EDH) deck and face off against fellow Planeswalkers in four-player, free-for-all multiplayer pods.
But there’s a twist! Throughout the game, players will draw secret achievement cards with hidden objectives that only they know about. Complete your objectives, earn bonus points, and work your way up the leaderboard!
With three rounds, new opponents, secret challenges, and awesome prizes up for grabs, every game is another opportunity to pull off something spectacular.
Whether you’re a Commander veteran or a newcomer to multiplayer Magic, everyone is welcome. This event is all about having fun, meeting fellow players, and unwinding after a long week.

Rules
Deck Construction
- All decks must follow the official Magic: The Gathering Commander (EDH) format rules.
- Decks must comply with Commander Bracket 3 deck-building guidelines.
- Players are encouraged to bring decks designed for enjoyable, interactive multiplayer games.
Tournament Structure
- The event consists of 3 Swiss rounds.
- Players will be assigned to multiplayer pods of 4 players per round.
- Each pod plays a free-for-all Commander game, with the last player standing declared the pod winner.
- Pod assignments will change between rounds.
- Players earn points through pod victories and secret achievements.
- Final standings are determined by the total points earned across all three rounds.
Secret Achievements
- Each pod will have a deck of face-down achievement cards placed in the middle of the table.
- During their draw step, that player draws exactly 1 achievement card from the achievement deck, in addition to their normal Magic: The Gathering card draw.
- Achievement cards are kept secret. Only the player who draws the card may look at its objective.
- There is no hand limit for achievement cards! Players may hold as many unfinished achievement cards as they wish, accumulating new objectives throughout the game.
- Unfinished achievements remain available to complete on future turns.
- When an achievement is completed, the player must immediately reveal their achievement card to the entire pod and demonstrate how they fulfilled its requirements at that moment.
- Achievements must be revealed and verified at the time of completion to count toward tournament points.
- Successfully completing an achievement awards additional tournament points.
- Keep your achievements hidden, plan your moves, and surprise your opponents!
Casual Play & Sportsmanship
- This event is designed to be fun, friendly, and welcoming to everyone.
- Respect your opponents, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Play to win, but remember that having fun is the real goal!
- Unsportsmanlike behavior and deliberate disruption of the event will not be tolerated.

Schedule
6:00 PM – Player Check-In
- Arrive at TabletopME, check in, and get ready for an evening of Commander!
7:00 PM – Round 1 Begins
- Players are assigned to their first four-player pods.
- Secret achievements are introduced and the games begin!
Round 2 – New Pods, New Challenges
- Players are reassigned to new pods for another round of multiplayer Commander.
Round 3 – The Final Showdown
- One final round to score points, complete achievements, and climb the leaderboard!
Final Standings & Prize Distribution
- Points are tallied across all three rounds.
- Winners are announced and prizes are awarded!
