Decklists are required and must be uploaded to topdeck prior to the start of the tournament.
Proxy Policy: All playtest cards must be in full color and use official Mtg art for the card it is representing (i.e. no slips of printer paper in front of a real card). Head Judge has final approval of all playtest cards.

The tournament will be held as 4 Swiss rounds, followed by a top cut. If there are 32+ entrants, top cut will be 10 players, otherwise top cut will be 4 players.
