Event Information
Join Sanctuary PDH for our second FREE cPDH league taking place on the Sanctuary PDH Discord server (https://discord.gg/xG6CBvfwny). The league will consist of three (3) weeks of play with two (2) games per week. Following the completion of the three (3) weeks, we make a cut to the top 4 or 16 (based on participants) based upon the each participant's best two (2) weeks of results during the league. This provides participant's some leeway to not worry about attending every week while also giving those who are able to play each week an opportunity to improve upon a bad showing. You are free to come and go as you are available, but make sure you are communicating when you are leaving or hoping to enter to @bfine in the Discord server. You do not have to play in both rounds each week, so just let us know if you can't make first round but want to join in on the second round that day.
League Structure; Rules
The league will consist of 3 weeks of 2 games each with a cut to Top 4 (or Top 16 if there are more than 32 participants). All league games will be run in accordance with the tournament rules located at www.sanctuarypdh.com.
Unlike our previous league, decklists will be required during each week of the event. Players will be locked into their specific decklist for the 2 games they play any given week, but they may change decks from week to week.
Unlike our Open Series tournaments, players can use online playtest platforms (ex. Moxfield + OBS) to participate. Gameplay will be 100% proxy friendly. Proxies must show the official art of the card which they portray and be clear identifiable as the card they are proxying. - Saturday, October 7 @ 3PM ET (UTC-5) - Week 2 (Rounds 3 and 4)
- Saturday, October 14 @ 3PM ET (UTC-5) - Week 3 (Rounds 5 and 6)
- Saturday, October 21 @ 3PM ET (UTC-5) - Top Cut
Prizes:
- 1st Place: Free Entry into the November Sanctuary Open Series Event
- Prizes subject to increase based upon attendance.
Coverage Release; Rules Agreement
By registering for the event, you hereby acknowledge and agree that:
(i) you consent to your participation in the tournament being recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise memorialized (including via audio, video, and text) and your participation, as well as your name, username, and decklist may be used by the tournament organizer (or other parties authorized by the tournament organizer) in connected with coverage and content relating to the event;
(ii) you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the rules and guidelines on the Sanctuary PDH website (located at https://www.sanctuarypdh.com/info-rules); and
(iii) you are 18 years of age or older OR have permission from your parent or legal guardian to participate.
