The Dutch Pauper League (DPL) is officially part of the international movement of Pauper leagues, coordinated by Lega Pauper Italia.

REGISTRATION: We have a partnership with topdeck.gg to manage the tournament. Players can preregister to the event here. We strongly encourage you to do it to save time before starting the leg. Players that won't preregister will have to do it manually on the location before the tournament starts.

LOCATION: Pondok, Amsterdam (Google Maps directions).

PARKING: Some players told us there is a free parking near the location of the event, at Propellerstraat 9a and at Generaal Vetterstraat (near ParkBee Anthony Fokkerweg).

FORMAT: Pauper (if you need a deck, free to email us: we have a selection of 28 decks for you).

RULES ENFORCEMENT LEVEL: Regular (we are committed to guarantee the presence of a judge in the room).

SETUP: Swiss rounds of 50 minutes (9-16 players: 4 rounds | 17-32 players: 5 rounds | 33-64 players: 6 rounds). We usually play 6 rounds.

TIME: Doors open at 10.00. Registrations close at 10.25. The tournament starts at 10.30 sharp.

FEE: 10 € (includes location cost). We accept Tikkie and cash.

DECKLIST: Players are required to upload their decklists on Moxfield, with public or unlisted visibility. They have to submit their decklists on the topdeck.gg event page. Decklists are not visible to other players from the CT event. Players can freely edit their Moxfield decks until the event starts. At the beginning of round 1, decklists are automatically locked.

FOOD: We have a partnership with Morgana, a volunteer Italian chef. She will offer a catering for all players at around 12.30 for 7 €. The menu changes every leg, but vegan options are usually available. In April Morgana will serve pasta with home made pesto, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, and homemade cookies. Alternatively, a couple of supermarkets are close to Pondok for your convenience.

DRINKS: Can be purchased in the location. Pondok offers their guests a basic selection of beers, coffee, tea and soft drinks.

LIVE STREAMING: We will stream the event on Twitch at twitch.tv/pauperformance.

CANCELLATION: If you preregistered for the event and you are not able to attend, we would appreciate to be informed with a message or email for an optimal tournament organization.

...and last but not least...

PRIZES: The DPL is a no-profit organisation: 100% of the money collected during tournaments goes back to players in the form of prizes. We strive to be as transparent as possible with you when money is involved:

- a fixed amount will be put aside by the DPL for the final knockout prizes (e.g. flight tickets to Milan) and the other fixed yearly costs (e.g. LPI affiliation and website);

- a fixed quote per player will be paid for the location;

- the remaining money will be used for the top 3 budget, with a distribution of 50% for #1, 30% for #2 and 20% for #3.
