Top Deck - Eminence standard ruleset:
Event Composition: The event will consist of five 80-minute swiss rounds, with a Cut to a single elimination Top 16. Beyond the 80 minute mark, the game ends when the active player passes their turn, it reaches 20 minutes past end of round, or a winner is declared (whichever comes first).
5 points per win, 1 point per draw, 0 points per loss. No 5 person pods. Pods of 3 will be allowed to avoid multiple byes, however, this will be weighed against the goal of forming as many pods with 4 players as possible.
Proxy Friendly. Unlimited are allowed. (Official printed or play test cards. Clear printer cut out in front of a basic land will qualify. All proxies must be clearly recognizable, and of the same type i.e. if one card is paper proxied, all cards in deck must be.)

Capped at 64 players.
16-32 Players = 5 rounds, top 4 cut
33+ Players = 5 rounds, top 10 cut
