Event Information:

Entry Fee: $40 when you preregister. $45 at the door if you did not preregister. Location: 215 w 7th Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447 Date: 8/16/25 Player Cap: 80 Check-in starts at 12:00 pm

Event Rules:

We will use Command Tower to run the event. Swiss Pairings: 3-6 rounds cot to top 4 to 16 depending on attendance. 80 minute rounds: After time the active player will finish their turn and the game will end in a draw. Wins are worth 5 points Draws are worth 1 point. Byes that are awarded due to awkward pairings will be considered a win and worth 5 points. Deck checks may be performed before start of event. Current commander band list applies.

Please note that we will need at least 10 players to fire off this event. Players will be refunded if the event does not fire.

10 players: Participation pack for all players, 1st place gets the Wheel Of Fortune!

16 Players: Participation pack for all players, top 4 get $40 instore credit, 1st place gets $40 instore credit and the Wheel Of Fortune!

32 Players: Participation pack for all players, Top 8 get $40 instore credit, Top 4 get $40 instore credit and a MH3 collectors edition commander deck!, 1st place gets $40 instore credit, a MH3 collector edition commander deck and the Wheel Of Fortune!

64 Players: Participation pack for all players, Top 16 get $50 instore credit, Top 8 get $70 instore credit and a Custom foil play mat!, Top 4 get $80 instore credit, a Custom foil play mat! and MH3 a collector edition commander deck!, 1st place gets $40 instore credit, a MH3 collector edition commander deck, a Custom play mat and the Wheel Of Fortune!

Proxies:

We allow 20 Proxies for this event.

Proxies must be indistinguishable from the other cards as parts of your library while sleeved. (Ideally you should not be able to tell by the sleeve openings or thickness which cards are proxies and which are not). There are 5 colors to the MTG color wheel plus colorless artifacts and lands as well as multi-colored cards. The Proxy prints you choose to use must reflect these differences in color. (IE no blue lightning bolts, or black and white multi-colored cards). All proxies must contain appropriate text, names, card types, mana cost, colors, power and toughness, loyalty, etc. It must be readily apparent what these proxies represent, so our boardstates are not misrepresented or lost to confusion. Proxies must be legible prints. Please no hand-written proxies in your decks. Everyone must be able to readily recognize the cards for what they represent and read the words on them.
