Cardboard Battlegrounds presents its first cEDH Tournament!

Wanna show off your most broken builds and insane combos? Join us for our first cEDH Tournament at Cardboard Battlegrounds, hosted in collaboration with the Emerald Valley cEDH community!

Competitive Commander (or cEDH) is a fast-paced, constructed format that follows these basic rules:

• 99 Card Singleton Deck with a Commander at the helm
• All Cards must be in your Commander’s “Color Identity”
• No sideboards
• We will be using the most recent ban list
• Multiplayer pods (4 players per pod)

Beginners are welcome and encouraged! If you are new, please feel free to hop into one of the discords linked below so we can help answer any questions and get you started!

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, March 28th
• Start Time: 3:00 PM Start, 2:45 PM Player Meeting
• Cost: $15
• Capacity: 32 players (may increase based on demand)

Tournament Structure

• 3 rounds of no-repeat-prioritized Swiss
• 80-minute rounds
• Cut to Top 4 determined by Swiss results advance to a Final Table

Decklists & Proxies

Decklists Required Decklists must be submitted through the TopDeck event page or app after registering for the tournament. Please submit your list by linking a Moxfield decklist. Decklists must be submitted by 12:00 PM on tournament day.

Proxy Policy: Full Proxy (Any amount of proxies of real, legal, accurately represented cards allowed)

Prizing

• Grand Prize: Signed Mystic Remora + Store Credit (Scaled to Tournament Size)
• Final Table prizing: Store Credit (Scaled to Tournament Size)

75% total proceeds allocated to Top Cut. Exact payout details announced at the start of the event based on attendance.
