Event Information

• Event day Apr 12th, 2025 (Saturday)
• Attendance Check-in & Player meeting 10:00am
• Event Start: 10:30am
• Format: In-Person Point Wager CEDH
• Rules Enforcement Level: Competitive
• Swiss round and Top cut (depending on participants)
• 70 minutes per round with no extra turn.
• When time in round is called, the moment the stack empties, the game ends
• Rounds can go on only for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, even if there is a win on the stack, it is a draw.
• No time limit for Top 4. Potential no time limit for Top Cut (depends on timing)
• Seating and turn order will be chosen by Command Tower and/or the Tournament Organizer

Points System

• Players start the event with 1000 points
• Each round a player wagers 7% of their points, winner of the round gets the sum of the wagered points added to their total (7% x4)
• Draws cause all points to be destroyed and lost from the pool
• In the event of a 3 person pod, there are 7% of 1000 points will be added as if there were a 4th person as to not punish people who win a 3 person pod
• Byes are worth 210 points (7% of 1000 points)
• Overflow of players: 1 person will get a Bye, 2 or 3 extra will play in 3-man pods.

16 Players

• 1st Place: 8 booster packs
• 2nd to 4th Place: 3 booster packs
• Remainder: Participation Prize of 1 booster pack

17-24 Players

• 1st Place: 8 booster packs
• 2nd to 4th Place: 3 booster packs
• 5th to 16th Place: 2 booster packs
• Participation (17th place onwards): 1 booster pack

25 Players or more

• 1st Place: 8 booster packs
• 2nd to 4th Place: 5 booster packs
• 5th to 16th Place: 3 booster packs
• Participation (17th place onwards): 1 booster pack

40 Players and up

• 1st Place: 8 booster packs
• 2nd to 4th Place: 5 booster packs
• 5th to 16th Place: 3 booster packs
• Participation (17th place onwards): 2 booster packs

Rules and Others:

• All participants must submit a deck list to our event on TopDeck.gg
• Decks must be submitted as a link. (Moxfield is preferred)
• Playtest cards: Any number of Reserve List cards of your choosing and up to 10 other additional cards can be play tested from your deck for this private unsanctioned event.
• All alters must be approved by the Judge/TO before the event begins
• "Test Cards" must be one piece of cardboard with the same thickness as a normal magic card
• You will not be allowed to slip printed pieces of paper in front of a Magic card.
• Must be identifiable as a "Test Card" and NOT a counterfeit (counterfeits are not allowed at the store by any means)
• You will need to use "Test Cards" that are in proper color, using easily identifiable art, without any offensive images (to be determined by Judge/TO)
• Please bring your own tokens,dice,counters and stickers to avoid delays.
• Bring extra pair of sleeves just in case.

• Players are expected to fully adhere to the Magic Tournament Rules and its Addendum
• Any player may report in or out of game incidents of harassment, bullying, kingmaking, or colluding
• Such incidents will be investigated under the Infraction Procedure Guide Section 4: Unsporting Conduct
