**BRACKET 2 DECKS ONLY**
Deck Building:
* No cards from the Game Changers list.
* No intentional two-card infinite combos or mass land denial. (Annihilator greater than 2 is considered Mass Land Denial)
* Extra phase/turn cards limited to 2 cards total. They also cannot be chained, looped, or done in succession in ANY way.
* Tutors limited to 3 cards total. (Does not include fetches/land tutors)
* If a rule is broken during play, whatever the resolution is will be limited to event rules. IE- Player ends up with 3 extra turns, it will be reduced to 1 extra turn.

* each player will start with a 1000pts
* each player will wager 7% of their points per game
* winner of the pod will earn the total points in the pool
* Draws or a loss will forfeit your wager in the pod.
