Round 1: 11AM est
London Mulligan rules. Current Commander banned list applies. All judge rulings are final. There will be a 5 minute break between each round before the cut. A 15 minute break before the start of the semi-final round. A 15 minute break before the start of the final round.
How will the rounds work:
The event will have 4 rounds, cut to top 10 with a bye for the top 2 players.
Rounds will have an 80 minute time limit. At the end of the 80 minutes the active player's turn may continue, with a 20 minute timer on the clock, until it has ended, a victory has been decided, or the table has decided on a draw. In the event the player's turn finishes with the clock reaching 0, the game will be decided as a draw.
Top X Rounds shall have a 150 minutes round time limit.
The Final Round shall have no time limit.
If a game action, such as a need for a judge arises, a player has to be excused to use the restroom, or anything else that may cause for an exception, a judge at that time may allow for a time extension equal to the time lost.
Winners of the Semi-Final round will advance to the Finals.
Point system: 5 points for winner of each round 1 point for a draw. 0 points for a loss.
Each pod will be randomized. After round 1 you will be paired based on points and win percentage.
Proxy Rules: This event will be 100% proxy friendly. Proxies must be legible with recognizable art and text.
Moxfield Playtest will be allowed but all information must be properly displayed including deck count, hand count, etc.
Deck lists: Deck lists are to be submitted prior to event start. A Moxfield list is required. Decks may not be altered after the start of the event. Decks may be checked at any time during the event.
