Commander Invitational Qualifier - Gamer Geeks Cullman

Event Information

Welcome to Timetwister Commander Invitational Qualifier Series. This event, with others will lead to a Final Tournament with the Winning Player Getting an Unlimited TimeTwister, and the store they qualified from getting a Dual Land for their own hosted Tournament!

Registration

An Eminence account is free to sign up for. It is required to submit decklists, and view match pairings on the day of the event. YOU MUST have an eminence account to be eligible to play If all available tickets are sold, you may contact us by email at [email protected] to be put on a waiting list in case someone can no longer attend! Open seats will be filled from the waiting list in the order they received!

IF YOU NEED TO DROP AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY PRE-REGISTERED, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN OPEN YOUR SPOT TO OUR WAITING LIST! If a player needs to cancel their registration, the refund window for registration payments closes on October 19th at 11:59 PM! Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations after that time, so make sure you plan accordingly!

Rules

PROXIES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS EVENT

This tournament 56 Player Cap.

There will be 4 rounds of Swiss.

Each round will be 80 minutes in length.

After time in the round is called, the active player finishes their turn. This rule goes away once we cut to top players

Wins are worth 5 points Draws are worth 1 point.

After Swiss there will be a cut to the top players based on points awarded during the Swiss

This tournament will utilize the MSIPG created by Monarch and will be held to Comp REL standards.

This tournament will utilize Command Tower for the pairing software and determining turn order.

Proxy Policy

PROXIES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS EVENT

You may use up to 20 registered "test cards" that are in color and utilize recognizable art as you like.

Prizing

Prizes: $10 of each entry will be put into the prize pool for that night with the other $10 going into the invitational prize pool. 1st place: 50% store credit of the entry pool and an invitation to the Unlimited TIMETWISTER invitational that will be upgraded to a Beta Richard Garfield signed TIMETWISTER if we can get 1,300 or more participants to compete overall 2nd place: 30% store credit of the entry pool 3rd place: 20% store credit of the entry pool
