About this event

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for our first Fringe Fest. It was the most diverse meta we have ever seen in a tournament. It was great to see pet decks, old commanders, and new synergies find a light in a new meta with new challenges.

Entry will be $40 paid the day of the event. Doors open at 10. Players Meeting begins at 11am.

There will be 4 rounds with a cut to Top 13 At 64+ players, there will be 5 rounds with a cut to Top 16

Decklists are required, winning decklists will be made public. We encourage you to submit your decklists ahead of time, if you have any questions or concerns about your deck please run it by us the day of the event or sooner.

Proxies are allowed. Handwritten proxies are not allowed unless a Judge has Reviewed them. Paper proxies are allowed in any combination. All proxies must be recognizable by your opponents. Altered cards are more than welcome. We are generally lenient on proxies and our judges can issue proxies for you as needed.

We will be doing Top 16 deck checks to check for handwritten proxies or misrepresented/duplicate cards before proceeding to semifinals. Please review any handwritten proxies to our judge Zach (Autumn), or to our TO as you walk in.

Prize Support is as follows:

1st place: Tropical Island

2nd to 4th place: Chrome Mox (Set TBD)

5th to 16th place will each receive a collector pack of Marvel

For each win, you will receive a booster pack.

All players will receive one pack for entering, distributed at the start of the last round of swiss.

Match Details: Swiss Rounds. Each round will last 80 minutes, after which the end-of-round procedure will automatically begin: players will complete the current turn within a hard limit of 20 additional minutes, after which, if no winner has emerged, the match will immediately end in a draw. Semifinals and Finals will have a 3 hour hard limit announced at the start of the round.

More details to be added! Stay tuned!
