$25 entry fee. Doors open at 9am, Player meeting at 10:45, Round 1 starts at 11am sharp. There will be 4 rounds at 80 minutes long each. After time is called, you will have 20 minutes to determine a winner during the active player's turn at time call. If there is no clear winner by 20 minutes overtime, the game will be declared a draw. There will be a cut to Top 16, then a top 4 to determine the winner of the event. Wins will be worth 5 points, draws worth 1, and losses worth 0. Top 16 and above will have 3 hours each to complete their match. If time is called, there will be 20 minutes of overtime. If a clear winner is not determined by the end of overtime, winner will be determined by standings.
1st will receive a Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Booster Box. No splits. Other prizes will be distributed to top 8, and dependent on attendance. Multiple promos will be handed out to all participants!
Proxies will be allowed for this event. No paper proxies please. Proxies must be legible, have the correct wording as the original printed card.
Decklist will be due by 9:30am, July 11th via a link to moxfield or an equivalent. If you do not submit a decklist, you will not be able to play. There may be random deck checks throughout the day.
