The Bearded Dragon games: CEDH showdown

Event Information

The popularity of CEDH has been skyrocketing in the hearts and minds of our local players! The Bearded Dragon has partnered with our friend DJ to announce a new high-stakes competitive CEDH event.We are proud to present the CEDH SHOWDOWN!!!!!!!

Rules

Each round players will be placed in a pod of four. The event will be using a point system. Winning your pod will net you 5 points. A draw will net you 1 point, and a loss will net you 0 points. At the end of four rounds of swiss pod play we will be cutting to the top ten players. 1st & 2nd place in standings after swiss will automatically head straight to the finals pod. The other eight players who made the top cut will be broken up in two playoff pods. The winner of each playoff pod will join the two top players waiting for them to play the final pod of the event.

You make use gold bordered cards, blank checklist/world championship cards, or write your playtest cards on non-foil basic lands (plains perferred). All written playtest cards must contain all relevant text on them. All playtest cards must have authentic Magic the Gathering backs. Counterfeit reproductions of Magic cards or other non-genuine magic the gathering products will not be allowed. If you are unsure about the playtest cards you are using the judge will be able to inspect them prior to the start of the event.
