Proxies must be wotc official art or ones provided in the proxy pack available at Urban empire. If using Urban Empire proxies, you must use dual matte sleeves as the backs can be seen through some sleeves.If using printed proxies you must place the slips of paper in front of basic lands that are not in your commanders' colour identity if possible.If using a mixed proxy deck (printed proxies and real cards) proxied cards must be single sleeved and real cards must be double sleeved. Rounds will be 65 minutes with 15 minutes overtime with each player having a turn, whichever happens first.
