Please arrive by 9:30AM for check-in.

Round One of the tournament will start at 10AM, make sure to arrive on time, due to venue time constraints we cannot delay the start time.

Rules

March 2010 Banlist.

Best of 3 match.

The time rules will be 40 minutes + 4 turns once time is called. Starting with the turn player (turn 0) the player with higher life points at the end of turn 3 will be declared the winner of that game.

If life points are the same after turn 3 the match will continue into Sudden Death.

Life points will be checked at the end of each turn. The player with the higher life points at the end of turn will be declared the winner of that game.

If a match winner is not determined after Sudden Death the match will proceed to game 3 Sudden Death with no side deck allowed.

The following cards will be ruled differently from edisonformat.com:

1. Mind Crush: The opponent of the player activating Mind Crush will reveal hand on resolution unless all legal copies of the declared card are accounted for.
2. Royal Tribute: Both players will reveal their hand on resolution to verify that there are no monsters present.
3. Evil Hero Dark Gaia: The effect to switch monsters from defense position to attack position on attack declaration will be ruled as Optional.

Hobby League & The Pot Collection cards are not permitted.

OCG cards are allowed.

Sleeves must be solid-back and opaque (non-translucent). Proper translations are required for all non-English cards.
