<p>If an individual that pre-registered for this event is unable to attend for any reason they may
request a refund through the registration page on topdeck at least one week before the event to
be eligible for a full refund before the event weekend. Any request for a refund that is less
than a week from the event date will be processed after the event less processing fees.</p>
