About this event

Grab your spooky, scary fast mana and sleeve up your Blood Crypts -- Playtest Nights continue!

~~*~~

Playtest Nights are non-sanctioned, playtest-card-friendly events. Playtest cards are commonly referred to by the community as "proxies" although that is not the correct term used by Wizards of the Coast. Guidelines for what constitutes as a proxy can be found at the end of the description.

Rules PLAYTEST CARD GUIDELINES:

For consistency's sake, we plan to use these guidelines, but we are open to feedback. Contact Sam directly. Deckbuilding rules for your format still apply.

You may use any amount of "playtest cards" in your deck. They must be in color and utilize recognizable art, and they must have all information on the face of the card.

You may also use up to 10 MDFC cards. MDFC's must have the full text, mana cost, card type(s) and card name written legibly on them. You will also need a print out of these cards to reference on the side.

Test cards MUST have the word "PROXY" or "PLAYTEST" somewhere on the front of them.

If using printed slips of paper in front of a card, we encourage you to glue them to a basic land card and make sure they are cut down to size.

Counterfeit cards are strictly forbidden not just in tournaments, but in the store overall.
