Grab your spooky, scary fast mana and sleeve up your Blood Crypts -- Playtest Nights continue!
THE OCTOBER GIVEAWAY HAS STARTED!
Every time a player participates in a Thursday CEDH night in October, they'll get one entry into the giveaway. Come to two or even five different Thursdays? You'll get two (or five) entries!
The prize? Something super cool and spooky from the most recent set release! Prize value will be at least one single card, and may include other treats such as All About Games or The Mystic & The Mage store credit, booster packs, and more! Monthly prizes will be valued between $30 - $50 and scale up with the number of entries.
**Make sure you sign in to Topdeck and the TO marks you as "Checked In" to receive your entry. If you aren't marked as "Checked In" then you won't receive an entry for that week!
Larger Gem State CEDH tournaments (usually Saturdays) do not count towards this event, unless otherwise specified.

Playtest Nights are non-sanctioned, playtest-card-friendly events. Playtest cards are commonly referred to by the community as "proxies" although that is not the correct term used by Wizards of the Coast. Guidelines for what constitutes as a proxy can be found at the end of the description.

PLAYTEST CARD GUIDELINES:
For consistency's sake, we plan to use these guidelines, but we are open to feedback. Contact Sam directly. Deckbuilding rules for your format still apply.
You may use any amount of "playtest cards" in your deck. They must be in color and utilize recognizable art, and they must have all information on the face of the card.
You may also use up to 10 MDFC cards. MDFC's must have the full text, mana cost, card type(s) and card name written legibly on them. You will also need a print out of these cards to reference on the side.
Test cards MUST have the word "PROXY" or "PLAYTEST" somewhere on the front of them.
If using printed slips of paper in front of a card, we encourage you to glue them to a basic land card and make sure they are cut down to size.
Counterfeit cards are strictly forbidden not just in tournaments, but in the store overall.
