2HG Commander Players! Join us for a Royal bash like no other! Choosing from the extensive list of Royalty in Magic's history, build a themed commander deck using a King, Queen, Scion, Emperor, Duke, or "Royal" card as your commander! Kenrith, the Returned King, Liliana, Death's Majesty, Muxus, Goblin Grandee, Queen Marchesa (long may she reign), and The Royal Scions are all examples. Yes, you saw that right, you are allowed to go outside the limits of normal Commander for this event and play Planeswalkers as your commander, as long as they fit the "Royal" theme! As much as I would love to say that Sivitri, Dragon Master is royalty, she is not, and neither is Aang, Swift Savoir (or any incarnation of him), but Iroh, Toph, King T'Challa, and Sorin are all fair game!

For the rules: Bracket 3 with a few limitations to keep it fair and fun for all No 2 or 3 card infinite combos, even past turn 6. No Reserve List cards Up to 3 Game Changers

Start Time: 12PM, 3 Rounds of Best of 1, Pack per Win of a standard set PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CASUAL COMMANDER EVENT We want to cultivate a fun, inviting atmosphere for everyone. Any and all unsportsmanlike conduct will be dealt with swiftly. Please keep that in mind in deckbuilding as well, if you have to ask yourself if the cards you are wanting to play will make a game feel unfun for your opponents, you probably should not play those cards.
