π€ Conduct
- Midcoast and Mana Dork believe in fostering inclusive, safe gaming spaces for players of all walks and backgrounds and will not tolerate any instances of hateful conduct. We gather to play with shiny cardboard rectangles β let's be kind while we're doing it.
π Alter & Proxy Policy
- Proxies: This is a proxy-friendly event with no limit on the number of proxies used per player. All proxied cards must utilize official Magic art, with card name and mana cost easily legible. "Paper slip" proxies are not allowed at this event, and it is expected any paper printed proxies are consistent in size, thickness, and feel of a genuine Magic card.
- Alters: Alters are sweet and we love to see them; however, artistic modifications may not obstruct or change the mana cost or name of a card, or change the card's art to become that of another Magic card. Altered cards may not contain substantial strategic advice, disparaging remarks, or offensive images. Altered cards are expected to be consistent in size, thickness, and feel of an un-altered Magic card.
If you are uncertain about the legality of your proxy or alter, please ensure you are at the venue early to allow a judge to confirm.
βοΈ Judge: Jaeden Woltjer
