Welcome to our Bi-monthly Deckbuilding Challenge. This month the challenge is to build a commander deck from only one set.
Choose a set from Magic. You must build a commander deck using only card that were printed in that set, that also includes the Commander decks from that set. For example, if you choose Marvel Super Heroes, you could include "The Thing, Ben Grimm", "Sol Ring", and "Heroic Intervention" in the deck but you are not allowed to include "Thing Swing" as jumpstart is considered a seperate set. The following sets are banned from use: Modern Horizons, Modern Horizons 2, Modern Horizons 3, The List, Commander Legends, and Commander Masters. The total value of the deck at cheapest printing must be $150 or less. There is no additional banlist including all previously banned cards, so if you choose Lost Caverns of Ixalan, you can use Mana Crypt. Proxies are allowed up to 15 cards but still contribute towards the deck value.
Entry will be $10 and payout will be 55% store credit to first place and 15% store credit to 2nd-4th.
