Decklists are required and must be submitted through TopDeck.gg before the event begins.

Your deck may be 100% playtest cards for this event. Playtest cards must not be distinguishable from other cards in the deck when sleeved. Handwritten playtest cards are not permitted, however, you may use a printed piece of paper in the front of a sleeved card. If you are using a printed piece of paper, it is your responsibility to ensure that the card behind the paper could not be construed as a part of your deck if the paper were to be removed from the sleeve. Playtest cards must contain all relevant information and may not be intentionally deceptive (ex: Lightning Bolt with a blue frame, Force of Will with the art for Brainstorm, etc).
All altered cards are subject to approval by the judge on staff. If you have altered cards, please arrive early to allow ample time for inspection and replacement if necessary. You are responsible for having replacements for any and all alters that are not approved.
