Draw after 20 mins past round time
Top cut no round time.
5 Pts for win, 1 pt for draw, 0 for lost
Proxy Cards are allowed
Sign up on Topdeck is mandatory, Decklist are mandatory,
and
Deck check can happen at any point during the event. Possablity of 3 pods.
