Please only register if you are sure you will be able to attend. If you register and find out that you cannot attend, please drop as soon as possible to allow others to register.
Our shop opens at 10am on Saturdays, so feel free to come as early as you like to get some practice games in or browse our shop.
Unlimited Proxies are allowed for this tournament, but they must be from a printer (or proxy website), full sized, and in legible English.
Since this event has a max of 16 players, We will be doing 3 rounds of Swiss pairings and a cut to Top 4.
If we do not have attendance to make even pods of 4, pods of 3 will be created so that the most people can play the most rounds.
This event will not have a judge, so any rules disputes will be handled by the pod, an objective third party (someone not in that pod), and/or the store owners if necessary.
Games will have an 80 minute limit. If that limit is reached, the active player has 20 additional minutes to attempt to win the game. If they can't, the game ends in a draw.

The tournament will begin at 6pm with an estimated end time of 11:30PM. That being said, if the tournament goes later, we will stay until it is finished.
