Proxy Policy
Cascade Clash is a full-proxy event. Proxies must be in full colour and use original Magic artwork.
As a reminder, your proxies cannot cause cards to become marked (a marked card is one that is visibly different than the other cards in your deck).
Alter Policy
As a reminder, here is the official alter policy for competitive rules enforcement events:
Artistic modifications are acceptable in sanctioned tournaments, provided that the modifications do not make the card art unrecognizable, contain substantial strategic advice, or contain offensive images. Artistic modifications also may not cover or change the mana cost or name of the card.
The alter policy rules apply to proxies, meaning that your proxies cannot make the card art unrecognizable (or use card art that isn't present on a Magic card).
You can easily check if your proxy uses Magic artwork by identifying if that artwork is present on the Scryfall.com page for that card.
