This is a Bracket 3 (EDH) Mini Qualifier of the Proxy Friendly Circuit and is held at our vending booth during the Land Go Expo in Nashville, TN.

  • Players register, pay, and report game results via Proxy Friendly topdeck event page.

EDH Mini Qualifier Details:

  • Format: Bracket 3
  • Cap: 4-player event
  • Entry: $20 via TopDeck
  • Player Meeting: 10am CST
  • Registration: TopDeck event page
  • Rounds: 1 single elimination game
  • Games: 140 mins + 20 extra time
  • Judging: 1 table judge

  • 1-round bye to our $10K Circuit Finale (you start the tournament 1-0-0 with 5 points)
  • 1x foil Custom Order (100-120 proxy cards)

1. What Rules/Ban List will you be using?

2. What is the Proxy rule for this event?

  • This event will be proxy friendly. You will need to use "test cards" that are in color and utilize recognizable art or MDFC placeholder cards that are clearly written on.
  • MDFC cards will require full text, mana cost, card type(s) and name. If you choose to use MDFCs, you are limited to only 10 MDFC proxies. Additionally, you will need a print out of the cards to reference on the side.
  • You will not be allowed to slip printed pieces of paper in front of a magic card.
  • If you need a deck, Proxy Friendly will provide you a Bracket 3 precon deck.

3. Are Alters Allowed?

  • No alters allowed. Exceptions for commanders only. You will need to use real cards or "test cards" that are in color and utilize recognizable art.
  • Clear all commander alters with the head judge before the player meeting.

4. How many players and rounds is this event?

  • The event will be capped at 4 players, with 1x single elimination game lasting 140 minutes and 20 extra minutes during the final turn of the game after time is called.
  • If there are two or more player tied for the highest life total at the end of the 20 extra minutes, play continues until a single player achieves the highest life total.
  • Overtime House Rule: Once a single player achieves the highest life total after the 20 extra minutes, that player wins the game.

  • A topdeck.gg account is free to sign-up for. It is required to register and pay for the event, as well as submit decklists and view match pairings the day of the event.
