Event Information

Blight Club Tokyo's Duel For Dollars 3!

Rules

• Japan Points Wager
• 3-4 rounds (depending on attendance numbers) with a final cut to a top table
• 60 minute time limit, At timer game ends when active player completes their current turn or until 10 minutes into overtime elapses.
• Intentional slow-play and stalling will not be permitted. Please take 1 game action every 2 minutes -- Penalties can be issued to players who are repeat offenders, please call a judge
• DECKS ARE RESTRICTED TO BRACKET 3
• Deck-lists must be submitted prior to the event

Consideration

• This is a competitive tournament with actual prizing on the line. Please play with this in mind.
• Try your best to take game actions with intent. Try not to take any actions "just because," spite play, king-make or make chaotic choices that effect the board "because I was gonna die anyways."

Bracket 3

• No Mass land Denial (Armageddon effects, Lattice-lock, Bloodmoon effects, rebuying and replaying strip-mine)
• No Chaining Extra Turns (Taking an extra turn is okay, taking extra turns on your extra turns is not)
• Maximum of 3 game-changer cards
• LATE GAME 2 CARD COMBOS PERMITTED (Two-cards that enable winning the games) LATE GAME IS DEFINED AS TURN 5 ONWARD
• If a 2 card combo would permit a "Win the game" effect within turn 1-4, the outcome is the player who has "won the game" loses instead. This is not an in-game rule, it cannot be prevented or altered by any in-game effects.

Prizing

• Winner of top pod will receive 1000jpy/player (Blight Club will retain 500jpy/player to be used for future events and prize support)
