The TopDeck Championship Series is an EDH Tournament Circuit that will run from
November 2023 to August 2024

The highest ranked players will compete in the TopDeck Invitational in August 2024 for a prize pool of $10,000+!
Tournament Tiers
Each tournament tier determines how many points competitors can earn.
Bronze
Participants: 16+
These are your locals. Earn points playing in events at your LGS or other locals!
Silver
Participants: 32+
Bronze events that reach the threshold are automatically upgraded to silver.
Emerald
Participants: 60+
Partnered online events. Webcam events must adhere to strict requirements.
Gold
Participants: 60+
Partnered events. Think of these as regionals where the best players of the area duke it out.
Platinum
Participants: 100+

64 players will qualify for the TopDeck Invitational
On August 24th, 2024, they will compete for a prize pool of over $10,000
Each partner who joins adds to the prize pool!

FAQ
There will be four direct qualifications. Not all Platinum events will award a direct qualification.
Four players can qualify based on a public vote. Players in contention will campaign for votes. Voters will purchase votes, with the money being put towards charity.
Players campaigning must be on cusp of qualifying. Players in 61st-81st* would be able to campaign (20 players).
Every day the bottom 4 players in votes are eliminated, until 4 are left standing. This would mean voting will occur and conclude in a week.
If a player declines their invite, it will go to the next person on the leaderboard. Same with campaign slots. Direct qualifications cannot be given away.
All events in the TopDeck Championship series must adhere to certain rules for their events in 2024. These include: 80 minute rounds, no turns, and no 3 or 5 person pods allowed (unless the event is between 16-24 players). Certain top cut rules must be followed as well.

To receive points, ensure that you were registered for the event using a TopDeck.gg account. No manual entries receive points.
If an event does not hit the required minimum of 16 players, no points are awareded.
If a Gold event does not hit the required minimum of 60 players, it is automatically downgraded to Silver or Bronze, depending on attendance, and the appropriate points are awarded.
